Editorial policy

Coffey Communications, Inc. policy for content development

Coffey Communications, Inc., employs a full-time staff of writers and editors who produce comprehensive information on a full range of healthcare issues. Though our team is experienced in creating healthcare content, we are not medical professionals.

To ensure the accuracy of our content, we insist that our writers use only trusted sources for their articles. These sources include interviews with leading medical experts, materials generated by national health organizations and research published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Every statement of fact in every article is documented by our fact-checkers, and a backup file for each article is maintained in-house. Interview sources review our articles for factual accuracy. Should questions arise as to the accuracy of a Coffey article, we can provide, usually within a few hours, documentation of the sources for the content.
